Lenny Williams is the Co-Founder of Trill or Not Trill - the disruptive leadership institute renowned for its culturally responsive tactics and strategies in connecting with all.  Lenny has successfully delivered strategic advisory to colleges, universities, and corporations with a specialization in diversity & inclusion, change management, leadership curriculum transformation, event curation, talent development, and branding through the myriad of Trill or Not Trill initiatives. 

Born and raised in Linden, New Jersey, Lenny has been entrepreneurial from an early age. Leaving behind a corporate career in 2011, Lenny worked with his Co-Founder and friend Jeff Dess to merge his love for sports, culture, and education to create Trill or Not Trill to integrate culturally relevant content with the world of student development and leadership. Within the last seven years, the institution now boasts impressive partnerships from Google, Jp Morgan, Microsoft, the National Conference of Student Leadership, The Georgia Aquarium, Syracuse University, and The National Society of Leadership and Success, even recently debuted the first artificial intelligence woman of color, C.L.Ai.R.A, with its partner Create Lab Ventures.

Reaching over 500,000 individuals, this L&D specialist welcomes the obligation to equip  people, particularly diverse individuals, with the resources and content necessary to reset the system and provide real change and breakthrough.

In his spare time, Lenny enjoys traveling and attending sporting events worldwide.
